The customer, QITS GmbH, a service provider for document processing, was challenged by its outdated, home-grown solution which lacked the necessary conversion filters for a multi-channel output strategy. This hindered its ability to efficiently handle various data formats and delivery channels for its clients. To modernize its technological foundation, QITS turned to vendor Compart and implemented their DocBridge Pilot software as a central output management solution.

The solution from Compart, DocBridge Pilot, provided a scalable hub that processes and converts documents for any electronic or physical delivery channel. This allowed QITS to optimize mailings for postage, electronically frank items, and handle many different jobs in parallel without requiring costly new hardware. The implementation was swift and reliable from the start, and the software now manages approximately three-fourths of all output for QITS, providing the technological foundation for their future growth and digital expansion.
