LVM, one of Germany’s top 20 insurers, needed a faster, more flexible way to manage document output across print and digital channels without constantly reprogramming each application. With Compart DocBridge Pilot, LVM centralized processing, conversion, sorting, and dispatch for mailings across channels while keeping application development focused on document creation. The result was less programming effort, improved output performance, lower mailing costs through address-based bundling, and the ability to scale toward digital delivery; LVM now sends around 77,000 documents per day, about 90% still in hard copy.
