NaXex Technological Development Ltd., a software company serving the finance and trading industry, was using on-premises Microsoft systems and struggling with complex workstation management, e-mail troubleshooting, and productivity tool synchronization across a distributed workforce. COMPAREX was engaged to help NaXex move to Microsoft Office 365 and reduce administrative effort while minimizing downtime during the migration of 1,050 users to Exchange Online.

COMPAREX delivered a full Microsoft Office 365 migration, including a highly available ADFS farm with Web Application Proxy for single sign-on and an Exchange hybrid setup to move mailboxes from on-premises servers to Exchange Online. As a result, NaXex now uses Office 365 as a central collaboration platform with Skype for Business Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online, improving security, collaboration, IT control, and productivity across the organization.
