AGROTRADE Group, a leading Ukrainian agricultural holding with more than 30 sites and over 70,000 hectares of land, needed to modernize its IT environment in 2016. Facing rising hardware and administration costs, the company wanted to move its ERP and mail systems to the cloud and adopt a more centralized, secure collaboration platform. COMPAREX helped AGROTRADE select Microsoft Azure IaaS and Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, as the basis for this transformation.

COMPAREX migrated 500 mailboxes to Exchange Online, deployed Skype for Business, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and moved the ERP system to Azure IaaS, while also training IT staff and end users. The project delivered lower server-related IT costs, reduced IT workload, improved communication and collaboration, stronger data security and backup, and high availability for applications across more than 30 connected sites.
