Integration of Active Directory, Azure, MS Office 365

Poznan University of Economics and Business, a 90-year-old institution serving around 11,000 students across five faculties, needed a better way to manage growing IT demands across teaching, administration, finance, and communication. To support these needs, COMPAREX helped the university integrate its local Active Directory with Azure Active Directory for Microsoft Office 365.

COMPAREX reconfigured the university’s Active Directory environment, automated account migration, and scripted password synchronization and license assignment for 10,000 active user accounts and 25,000 assigned user accounts. The project improved personnel and communications management, reduced operating costs by moving email services to Office 365 Exchange, and increased security through selective data synchronization and Office 365 security features, with ongoing support from COMPAREX experts.
