Invia.cz, the largest online travel agency in the Czech Republic, needed a better way to manage software licenses across its distributed operations. As the company renewed its Microsoft licensing, it faced decentralized license administration, limited standardization, unpredictable costs, and growing pressure to align IT spending with business needs.
