Municipal Council of Meppel - Customer Case Study

Municipal Council of Meppel wanted a better way to make local council and committee meetings more open and accessible to citizens. To address this challenge, the municipality worked with Company Webcast and its webcast platform, which could be integrated with the iBabs Paperless Meetings environment and existing microphone systems.

Company Webcast enabled Gemeente Meppel to livestream council and committee meetings from the municipality’s website and make recordings available on-demand immediately after each meeting. As a result, the council reports being able to connect more effectively with citizens and says it is now more accessible and transparent than ever before.
