Fetco Home Decor replaces incumbent antivirus and managed email service with ESM & ASG, after custom remediation by Comodo

Fetco Home Decor, a leading designer and wholesaler of frames and home accents, suffered a persistent W32.changeup virus outbreak that reinfected users via the company file server despite existing AVG antivirus and MX Logic email protection. After the CFO engaged their MSP and an IT security expert, Comodo Cybersecurity’s Business & Enterprise Support Team (BEST) was brought in to identify and remediate the infection and recommend a replacement security stack.

Comodo Cybersecurity removed the infection and helped the MSP replace the incumbent solutions with Comodo Endpoint Security Manager (ESM) and Comodo Antispam Gateway (ASG), using Default Deny architecture and Auto Sandbox technology to block unknown threats and filter malicious email attachments.
