Aquaflam, based in Deerlijk, Belgium, supplies and maintains fire-extinguishing systems and related services for over 4,000 customers nationwide while operating with a staff of roughly a dozen. Facing the need to improve remote support, maximize workforce efficiency and avoid added costs or security compromises, Aquaflam selected Comodo Cybersecurity’s Comodo ONE platform—including its Comodo RMM solution—to provide a secure, cost-effective remote monitoring and management capability.

Comodo Cybersecurity deployed the free Comodo ONE suite (Remote Monitoring and Management, Patch Management, Service Desk and Device Management), and Aquaflam began uploading and tracking endpoints as an early adopter of Comodo RMM. The result was centralized endpoint visibility and easier IT management, enabling Aquaflam to better monitor and service its 4,000+ customers with existing staff, reduce potential downtime and streamline service operations without adding ongoing costs.
