Seafood Pub Company, a growing group of 10 gastropubs and inns in northern England, needed a better way to understand the unique customers at each location and encourage them to return and spend more. Como helped the company segment customers by preferred pub and behavior, send relevant promotions like event-based offers and nearby dinner coupons, and the results were strong: member spend increased by 110%, loyalty-driven purchases exceeded £1 million in six months, and 66% of members engaged through the app.
