Delek Menta, a gas station and convenience store chain in Israel, wanted to drive more traffic from the pump into its stores and build stronger customer loyalty. To do this, it chose Como and its Como Sense SaaS loyalty platform to launch a mobile app that could support enrollment, repeat visits, and better customer communication.
Como implemented a summer promotion featuring a free joining gift—one of 10 blended iced coffee and fruit drinks—promoted through in-store signage, radio, and social media, plus personalized push notifications based on time of day and pump POS identification. The campaign delivered strong results for Como and Delek Menta, including a 218% increase in new members, 43% more traffic from the pump to the store, and a 92% return rate among members who redeemed a drink.
