Burger King Israel Doubles Its Monthly Sales to Loyalty Club Member

Burger King Israel worked with Como to strengthen its loyalty marketing after relaunching in the Israeli market. The fast food chain wanted to boost repeat purchases among loyalty club members while also growing its member base and collecting useful customer data.

Using Como’s loyalty program, Burger King ran two targeted October 2016 campaigns: a Double Whopper offer and a digital scratch card reward that unlocked a coupon for a future purchase. The approach drove a 100% increase in purchases by club members, a 74% increase in total spending, and nearly 5x more loyalty club members, giving Burger King more data to support future sales growth.
