Revera deployed CommVault Simpana (backup/recovery, embedded deduplication, archive, replication and SnapProtect), using its distributed, centrally managed architecture to keep local backups and minimise WAN use. The solution cut bandwidth, storage and administrative costs, accelerated service delivery and improved governance, enabling Revera to scale from dozens to hundreds of customers—supporting thousands of servers across five data centres and multiple petabytes of data—without a proportional increase in overhead.
