EJIE implemented Commvault Complete Backup & Recovery across its Batera private cloud, consolidating backups from three data centers onto a single, automated multi‑tenant platform integrated with self‑service tooling. The initial deployment protects ~900 virtual machines with a roadmap to 4,000 VMs and 80,000 PCs; results include simplified operations, lower support overhead, ensured availability and scalability, faster service delivery, and optimized IT resources—enabling EJIE to offer robust MSP‑style cloud services to Basque public entities.
