To deliver scalable, compliant recovery across hybrid physical and virtual environments, the company needed a single, unified data-management platform that integrated directly with AWS (no scripting or gateway appliances), supported source-side deduplication and encryption, and simplified centralized administration while keeping costs low.

IT-Lifeline implemented CommVault Simpana 9 with its integrated AWS cloud connector, source-side dedupe and FIPS-certified encryption, SnapProtect virtual-server protection, and capacity-based licensing.
