Shandong Provincial Hospital, a Grade A, Class Three hospital in Jinan with two campuses, needed to consolidate disparate backup systems to support China’s Internet Plus Healthcare initiative, protect critical medical and research data, and shorten diagnosis and treatment times by improving backup and disaster-recovery reliability across campuses.
