ECU Worldwide, a global logistics leader, needed a better way to support 24/7 supply chain operations while reducing the cost and complexity of managing multiple datacenters and disaster recovery environments. As it moved toward cloud computing, the company turned to Commvault and its Cloud Rewind service to help protect critical applications, data, and virtual networks across a complex multi-cloud setup.

Commvault implemented Cloud Rewind to automate recovery tasks, support an air-gapped clean room DR approach, and enable faster restoration without relying on a dedicated physical DR site. The result was full environment coverage at 39% lower cost, more than 400 TB of cloud data secured, an RPO of under 15 minutes, and an RTO of under four hours, helping ECU Worldwide improve resilience and maintain high customer service levels.
