Morrisette Packaging Turns to Commvault Cloud Rewind to Automate the Recovery of All Critical Environment Resources

Morrisette Packaging, a North Carolina packaging solutions company, had all of its workloads running in Google Cloud and needed a recovery approach that could fully understand its shared VPC environment across multiple projects. Using Commvault Cloud Rewind, Morrisette wanted to ensure recovered applications stayed connected within the same shared VPC, while also automating daily failover testing and controlling cloud costs.

Commvault Cloud Rewind discovered Morrisette’s cloud resources and dependencies, protected them with policy-based recovery and data vaults, and enabled failover into a new DR subnet within the same shared VPC. The result was automated everyday recovery testing, deprovisioning after tests to reduce costs, and an RTO of just 4 minutes for critical applications, giving Morrisette greater confidence in rapid recovery.
