The Register of Tradeswomen jump starts operations with Commusoft

The Register of Tradeswomen, a woman-led field service organization of 120+ employees in West Yorkshire, set out to make trades more accessible and safer for women but found its growth hampered by cluttered spreadsheets and disjointed record-keeping that let information slip through the cracks. To professionalize operations and protect technicians in the field, they turned to Commusoft and its job management tools, including the Customer Journey plan.

Commusoft implemented real-time reporting, intelligent scheduling, a mobile app for technicians, and job report forms to consolidate records, track parts and live technician locations, and automate notifications. The Register eliminated paper diaries and spreadsheets, “saved hours and hours” of admin time, improved scheduling responsiveness and accountability, and strengthened field safety — outcomes driven by Commusoft’s platform and features.
