Skybound Entertainment partnered with Community to boost fan engagement during the Season 2 campaign for Invincible. Their challenge was to connect global fans through more interactive experiences and convert that excitement into Discord joins and loyalty signups, using Community’s engagement platform and text-based messaging.

Community helped Skybound run a Fortnite island activation where fans received a unique Island Code and were prompted to text “LAVA” to join the Discord conversation, while also encouraging signups for Skybound Insiders. The campaign delivered 35K+ fans acquired, a 54% average CTR, and a 4X average response rate, including record-breaking Discord signups and loyalty signups in a single day for Skybound.
