ILLENIUM’s Community Drives +44% of his total Spotify Pre-Saves

ILLENIUM, the internationally renowned DJ and producer, needed a better way to connect directly with fans and drive engagement around a new music release during a time when live events were largely paused. Using Community’s text messaging platform, he could reach Members more personally than through social channels alone.

Community helped ILLENIUM text his Members with a sneak peek of “Nightlight” and a Spotify pre-save link. Of the 24,700 Members contacted, 10,395 clicked to pre-save the song, producing a 47.9% click rate. Community drove 44.2% of all pre-saves, despite reaching only 4.3% of his total social audience, showing the strong impact of Community’s highly engaged audience.
