A Communique Conferencing Case Study
Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., a Xerox company, faced the challenge of educating its 45,000 U.S.-based employees on complex benefits options during a short open enrollment period. Their traditional, in-person benefits fairs were costly and only engaged about 11% of their workforce. To improve engagement and reduce costs, they partnered with vendor Communique Conferencing to implement a Virtual Benefits Fair.
Communique Conferencing's solution was an interactive online platform that mimicked a physical convention center. It featured informational booths, live and on-demand videos, and chat functions for employees to connect with benefits representatives. This virtual fair resulted in thousands of employees participating, with over 20,000 documents downloaded and an average visit lasting more than an hour. The solution successfully eliminated fixed costs for materials and postage while driving more informed enrollment decisions.
