Telecity, part of the Equinix group, needed a better way to connect lead generation, email marketing, and CRM activity. They were using Lead Forensics, Eloqua, and Microsoft Dynamics separately, which made navigation time-consuming, left data disconnected across systems, and limited the effectiveness of both sales and marketing.

CommuniGator solved this by implementing GatorLeads, GatorMail, and its marketing automation suite, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics. This allowed Telecity to identify individual website visitors, run targeted nurturing campaigns, and automate campaigns in one platform. Results included a 40% increase in monthly lead generation, a conversion rate improvement from 1 in 5 to 3 in 5, a 60% uplift in event conversions, and around £10,000 a year saved by bringing email automation in-house.
