Oracle Labs boosts throughput 4x+ with CommScope

The customer, Oracle Labs, needed a high-performance infrastructure to support its development of groundbreaking technologies. They turned to vendor Commscope and its SYSTIMAX structured cabling solutions to meet their evolving demands for speed, capacity, and flexibility.

Commscope implemented its SYSTIMAX ultra-low loss copper and fiber cabling, including the Propel fiber platform. This solution more than quadrupled Oracle Labs' throughput capacity from 300 gigabytes to 1.2 terabytes, an 80 percent improvement in throughput, while also improving density and maximizing space efficiencies.
