Updating Delivery Communications at ArrowXL

ArrowXL, a nationwide delivery and installation company serving major retailers including Tesco and Amazon, needed to replace a rigid customer-facing delivery solution that couldn’t support retailer-specific branding or provide real-time management data. The existing system also had to integrate more effectively with back-office software and live job lists, so ArrowXL worked with CommonTime on a more flexible proof-of-delivery and delivery communications solution.

CommonTime implemented a new Proof of Delivery (POD) app to manage the full delivery journey, from driver login and vehicle checks through route planning, barcode scanning, customer sign-off, and automatic back-office updates. The result was real-time visibility across every delivery stage, stronger business intelligence, significant time savings and efficiency gains for driver teams, and better customer service; ArrowXL also praised the app’s simplicity and trained its internal team to make future updates in-house.
