Stockport Homes, a housing provider in North West England, needed a more efficient way to manage its Current Tenant Visit (CTV) reporting process as part of its “Transforming Lives” initiative. With over 5,000 visits a year and 30 housing officers involved, the manual, paper-heavy workflow required extensive preparation, re-keying of data, and reliable two-way access to customer records in the field. CommonTime was brought in to help mobilize the process using its mDesign mobile app development platform.

CommonTime delivered a mobile CTV app prototype in 60 days, enabling housing officers to access and update tenant information remotely, complete reports offline, and securely synchronize data back to office systems on demand. The result was a reduction in process time of over 50%, along with improved data quality and higher customer satisfaction.
