East Riding of Yorkshire Council - Customer Case Study

East Riding of Yorkshire Council worked with Commonplace to engage residents in shaping the regeneration of Driffield town centre. The council needed a way to gather broad, meaningful feedback after COVID-19 and to involve both local businesses and the wider community in defining priorities for the town’s future.

Using the Commonplace platform, including survey mode, mapped feedback tools, and news updates, East Riding of Yorkshire Council ran a seven-month digital-first, blended consultation. The campaign generated over 2,200 contributions, 6,000+ unique visitors, 768 subscribers, and reached about 27% of the local population, helping the council build an evidence base for funding and future improvements.
