Mercy House - Customer Case Study

Mercy House works to end homelessness in their community by placing individuals and families into permanent housing; they also provide a range of support services designed to keep people from falling into homelessness. As one of CommitChange’s earliest users, Mercy House participated in our first major donation form tests. Upgrading their donation forms increased online giving by over 110% in a year-over-year analysis. They also significantly increased recurring giving rates.
