Marks & Clerk, a global intellectual property and patent law firm with more than 800 people worldwide, needed to strengthen its information security culture across multiple UK sites. Working with Commissum, the firm sought a tailored security awareness education programme that would be relevant for staff at all levels, engaging, and focused on both workplace and home security habits.

Commissum delivered a bespoke face-to-face training roadshow, with 60- to 90-minute sessions held over several weeks at multiple locations across the UK. The programme used relatable, organisation-specific scenarios to cover legal-sector threats and common security risks, and it led to increased staff buy-in, more discussion and reporting of security events, very positive feedback, and a measurable improvement in security awareness across the organisation.
