Veritas, recently restructured as an independent company, needed to roll out four new Sales Plays to 135 global instructors in just two months ahead of its worldwide sales kickoff. While video-based Gold Standard content was created, the team faced a scalability problem: a webinar approach offered no reliable way to ensure instructors practiced, were accountable, or could be certified locally across regions.
Veritas launched the “Certify to Fly” program on CommercialTribe, assigning each instructor a Sales Play with Gold Standard videos, scripts and slides, enabling asynchronous practice and submission of recorded sessions for SME review and certification. Results: 115 instructors logged in, 70% submitted practice sessions, instructors viewed the message about 10 times and practiced 8.5 times on average before submission, and the program delivered consistency, quality, visibility/accountability and faster adoption — prompting broader rollout across Veritas’ global sales team.
