Global Food Manufacturer worked with CommerceIQ to manage a global rebrand of its ready-to-eat grains range without losing ecommerce sales. The main challenge was maintaining digital shelf visibility, availability, and content compliance across retailers during the switch from old SKUs to new GTINs.

Using CommerceIQ’s Digital Shelf Analytics platform and support from its Customer Success team, the company tracked SKU-level availability, ranking, and content accuracy before and after launch. CommerceIQ helped the manufacturer quickly identify non-compliant retailer listings and search issues, enabling rapid fixes; as a result, the brand minimized lost ecommerce sales and more than 70% of retailers supported the rebranding initiative while preserving visibility and search rankings.
