CommerceIQ implemented its Digital Shelf Analytics solution to provide global digital shelf visibility and support a phased rollout with clear scope, regional decision-makers, and training. The deployment covered 271 retailers across 31 markets, 18,000 unique store locations, and produced 32 market scorecards plus 2 global scorecards, along with 31 training plans and 10,000 user sessions in year one, all delivered on schedule in a 9-month rollout.
