Mentra by SATS, an entrepreneurial business unit within SATS, wanted to quickly test a new digital home training concept to complement its physical gyms. To move fast and avoid dependencies on third-party consultants, the team chose Commerce Layer as the commerce engine for a composable commerce setup, alongside Contentful for headless content management.

Commerce Layer helped Mentra launch the concept in-market with full autonomy over branding and implementation, enabling the team to go from project start to orders placed successfully in just 2 months.
