How Kie & Kate Couture Used Live Selling to Increase Total Shoppers 250% Across Platforms

Kie & Kate Couture, a women’s apparel and accessory boutique founded in 2008, faced the challenge of moving beyond storefront-only revenue: they needed an e-commerce presence, multichannel selling across social media, a webstore and a mobile app, and a way to manage in-store and online inventory without complex integrations. They partnered with CommentSold to recreate the in-store shopping experience online using live selling and CommentSold’s Point of Sale system.

CommentSold implemented live sales on Facebook and Instagram, drove traffic to a unified webstore and mobile app, and provided a robust POS to manage in-store and online orders. The results were substantial: total shoppers rose 250%, GMV increased 50%, live sales generated $2M annually, SKU count grew 80%, 63% of total GMV came through the POS, and repeat purchases reached 90%.
