Moniwan, a La Française Group brand specializing in property savings (SCPI), sought to broaden access to digital subscription products that typically involve a long decision cycle—about 30 days on average. Facing limitations in legacy CRM tools and lacking a unified view of customer interactions, the company needed a 360° customer journey insight and better measurement of conversion levers to sustain growth and optimise its digital subscription funnel.
Moniwan implemented the Commanders Act CDP and complementary solutions (Data Activation, Campaign Analytics, Enterprise Tag Management and a CNIL-compliant Consent Management Platform), completing the CDP deployment in six months. The project delivered standard customer profiles, clearer visibility into the subscription path, improved attribution and targeting, and helped lift average basket size by 16% and new-customer collection by 13%; the team is now moving toward greater personalisation and A/B testing.
