A Commanders Act Case Study
Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe, a bancassurance leader serving over 1 million customers across Northern France, sought a way to better sell financial products online and in-branch: its website and app generated 6 million views per month, yet only 21% of customers regularly visited branches. The core challenge was to identify customer intent and drive branch visits without compromising data confidentiality.
CMNE implemented a DMP with an encrypted customer ID to unify CRM and behavioral data and enable personalized, omni‑channel campaigns (web, app, email, push, call centre and in-branch). The result: conversion rates multiplied by 6, leads increased 50× and email performance tripled; engagement rose (open rates ~66%, CTR ~14%), push campaigns reached up to 17% conversion on incomplete loan applications, 1,200 churn risks were identified, and marketing teams gained fast, secure, low‑cost control to launch targeted campaigns in hours, not days.
