The DMP drove tangible gains: online campaign performance improved 4x, display-ad profitability rose 5x, and email drove +30% in offline sales, while improving abandoned-cart conversion, enabling omni-channel budget optimization, reducing costs through deduplication, and powering initiatives like in-store customer tablets, web retargeting and reversed retargeting.
