Inquisium, a division of Cvent, helps organizations capture post-event survey data and store responses directly in Salesforce for a unified view of customer insights. Event organizers were using disparate feedback tools that didn’t integrate with CRMs, leaving a gap in actionable event data; Inquisium needed Salesforce product development expertise to build an integrated solution, so it partnered with Comity (a Brillio company).

Using an agile approach, Comity and Inquisium delivered an MVP in the first three-month sprint: a Salesforce-connected feedback tool and dashboard that links the Cvent platform with dynamic survey configuration and bi-directional syncing.
