AkzoNobel, a global paints and coatings company, was facing significant information overload from its large intelligence department and extensive taxonomy. This resulted in a dramatic reduction in information overload, with the system successfully delivering 15 weekly newsletters and approximately 1,500 automated email alerts. The implementation increased company-wide interest in market intelligence and saved analysts significant time while ensuring employees received the right information at the right time.
