ATS Applied Tech Systems Ltd, part of ATS Global, is an industrial automation company operating in more than 25 countries. As the company grew rapidly, with personnel increasing by 40% in one year, it struggled to standardize HR and project management processes, replace spread-out Excel-based tracking, and align sales and project execution across regions. ATS chose Comidor, a digital automation and low-code platform, to help address these challenges.

Comidor implemented a unified people and project management platform integrated with ATS’s CRM and ERP systems via REST, SOAP, direct database connections, and CSV imports. The solution centralized process management, improved approvals and reporting, and enabled dashboards, KPI tracking, mobile process initiation, and intelligent task assignment. As a result, ATS designed all HR and project management processes within the first 12 months, reached more than 1,000 users and about 100 new processes per month, and reduced licensing costs by up to 50% while improving cycle times and decision-making.
