Retail Apparel Group (RAG), the Australian multi-brand apparel retailer behind Tarocash, yd., Connor, Johnny Bigg and Rockwear, needed a better way to manage complex product data across its POS system, ecommerce platform, brand websites, marketplaces and 3PL providers. Working with Comestri, RAG sought to transform and enrich backend data so it could be made ecommerce-ready, while solving ongoing issues around inconsistent pricing across 109 active channels and 132,387 SKUs.

Comestri implemented a centralized data integration and management solution that unified, streamlined and automated RAG’s product and pricing information across all channels. As a result, RAG halved the time needed to integrate new systems, partners and channels, achieved uniform pricing across stores and online, and saw improved operational efficiency, increased repeat purchases and a large uplift in online sales.
