Glue Store, a fast-fashion Australian retailer with more than 20 stores and 101k+ SKUs, needed to re-platform its ecommerce operations and find a middleware solution that could scale without slowing the business down. To support its new Shopify Plus rollout, Glue Store chose Comestri for its PIM, Channel Manager, and OMS capabilities.

Comestri delivered the project in two phases: first launching PIM and Channel Manager in just 8 weeks, then rolling out OMS in time for Click Frenzy. The new setup helped Glue Store expand Click & Collect and Click & Send to 20 locations, increase available-to-sell inventory by 300%, and drive a +44% YoY sales lift in November, while also simplifying store operations by replacing three separate systems with one.
