Gedimat, a retail network for building professionals and private customers in France, wanted to improve the customer experience across its stores while letting expert sales staff focus on their core work. To do this, Gedimat turned to Comeen and its Comeen Play product to keep visitors informed with up-to-date company information and activities.
Comeen implemented Comeen Play to broadcast existing content across Gedimat’s stores, with a quick rollout of more than 15 screens per point of sale. The result was a more modern and innovative brand image, live updates from a single computer, and better support for sales through timely promotions and touchpoint messaging, helping Gedimat maximize sales.
