WCIU, a Chicago media and entertainment television station, wanted to expand beyond traditional TV promotion to reach viewers across multiple screens and improve awareness of new programs and schedule updates. To address this challenge, WCIU worked with Comcast Spotlight, using its cross-screen and interactive advertising capabilities.

Comcast Spotlight helped WCIU run the same commercials across online advertising with interactive features that let viewers click through to WCIU’s website for more information. The campaign delivered more than 21,250 online video views totaling over 100 hours of viewing and generated more than 1,130 click-throughs to the station’s program listings webpage.
