A Comcast Spotlight Case Study
Stauffers of Kissel Hill, a locally owned grocery store chain in central Pennsylvania, needed a way to spotlight weekly specials and specific products in a crowded retail environment. To help address this challenge, Comcast Spotlight worked with the supermarket on a multi-screen advertising campaign designed to strengthen vendor relationships and drive attention to in-store promotions.
Comcast Spotlight implemented targeted TV advertising on networks like Bravo, Cooking Channel, E!, Lifetime, and USA, focused on the Lancaster, PA area, and extended the campaign with XFINITY.com sign-in page roadblocks promoting offers such as the “big meat sale,” buy-one/get-one sale, and 80th anniversary sale. The campaign delivered more than 1,230 roadblock clicks in March, over 1,140 in April, and more than 1,020 in November, while vendors reported satisfaction with the 53 TV commercials.
