Sholom, a provider of care services for older adults in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, wanted to build brand awareness and reach the right decision makers for retirement living. Working with Comcast Spotlight, the company needed a creative way to stand out in a crowded healthcare market and connect with adult daughters, who are often the primary decision makers for elderly parents.

Comcast Spotlight delivered a multi-screen advertising campaign using TV and digital placements, including Food Network, Hallmark Channel, HGTV, Top Chef, Weather Channel crawl ads, and in-banner video on XFINITY.com. The campaign helped Sholom achieve occupancy above 94% across eight programs, outperforming the local industry average by two points, while digital engagement reached 3.71% and click-through rate hit 0.12%, both well above national benchmarks.
