Shea Homes, working with Comcast Spotlight through Gauger + Associates, needed to help close sales in one of its Bay Area communities by reaching likely homebuyers with the right message at the right time. The challenge was to effectively target audiences who would be receptive to considering a move in the San Francisco market.
Comcast Spotlight ran a geographically targeted TV and digital campaign across multiple networks in the Delta Valley zone, with additional placement during San Francisco Giants playoff broadcasts in Contra Costa, plus XFINITY.com banner and in-banner video ads for consistent branding. The effort nearly doubled sales office traffic to 154 people per week and helped drive 35 homes sold over the course of a year.
