Shady Oaks, an assisted living facility in Farmington, CT, needed a better way to reach adult children searching for quality long-term care for aging parents. The challenge was to fill empty beds and communicate the peace of mind and independence their community could offer. Shady Oaks worked with Comcast Spotlight on a multi-screen video advertising campaign.
Comcast Spotlight created geographically targeted TV and digital advertising, using consistent creative across television, XFINITY.com, and mobile devices to reach adults ages 40–60 within a 15-mile radius. The campaign ran across popular TV networks and included static banners, in-banner video, and pre-roll video online. As a result, Shady Oaks grew from 75% occupancy to 100% capacity and developed a waiting list for admission.
