Roy Lomas Carpets and Hardwoods, a home services business in Harleysville, PA, needed to shift its advertising focus as new-home construction slowed and more consumers began looking to remodel existing homes and replace flooring. To help build its local brand and showcase its reputation for quality, the company partnered with Comcast Spotlight on a custom, multi-screen advertising campaign.
Comcast Spotlight targeted women ages 30-65 who owned homes using cable advertising from 5 p.m. to midnight across multiple networks, plus 1+ platform reach through Comcast XFINITY and Verizon FiOS zones near the store. Comcast Spotlight also used in-banner video on XFINITY.com to drive viewers to the Roy Lomas website. The campaign helped remodeling and replacement business keep growing, and customer confidence increased, with shoppers expanding project scope and choosing higher-end merchandise.
