A Comcast Spotlight Case Study
Riverview Hospital in Noblesville, Indiana, was facing declining patient numbers and losing market share to competing regional facilities. To address this challenge, the hospital worked with Comcast Spotlight to develop a multi-screen marketing plan aimed at increasing awareness among prospective patients.
Comcast Spotlight targeted women ages 25–64 on TV and online, using geographic targeting to focus on northern Hamilton County and its I+ platform to extend reach to AT&T U-verse TV customers. The campaign delivered more than 3,000 click-throughs from online ads with a 0.9% click-through rate, and Riverview also reported improved office morale from ads featuring staff members.
